This particular bathroom was small with no natural light and in need of a massive make over. Demolition required removal of asbestos and all bathroom fitting, including tiles.
During

Once demo was completed, we added a window, extended the walls and we reconfigured the bathroom with an addition of a new bath and an open plan shower.
After
After
On completion of this bathroom, we used 300 x 600 Italian prosocline tiles on the floor, added a timber look feature tile to the wall including the bath surround. We finished tiling to the ceiling square set to create a bigger open feel. Finally, finishing with high-end fixtures we were able to bring quality to the end product.

This Rosebank home was a 1950's designed house and in much need of some natural lighting.

After inspection and an analysis of the structural integrity, we decided to cut an opening to fit a stacker door allowing access to the balcony.

Once the stacker door was fitted, bringing natural light and air flow into the room, this space was transformed from a dark corner to a beautiful open dining room.

In transforming the old Summit gym to the new F Fitness Gym in Goonellabah we discovered extensive white ant damage, water damage along with 45 years of neglect.
